In depth research: Young and middle-aged cadres from Jiangmen City visited Xiecheng to discuss the integration of domestic and foreign trade

On October 22, 2024, the research group of the training course for young and middle-aged cadres in Jiang men City visited Guangdong Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd. to conduct a special research on the theme of "Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of Foreign Trade through the Integration of Domestic and Foreign Trade Reform". The purpose of this survey is to gain a deeper understanding of the innovative development models and market expansion strategies of enterprises in the new situation, and to provide reference for promoting local economic development. Fu Zhibo, General Manager of Xiecheng, Lu Xiaoxing, Deputy General Manager of the Production and Manufacturing Center, and Hu Shangjin, Manager of the Brand Operations Department, warmly received the research team and conducted on-site research and discussions.

The research team, led by Vice General Manager Lu Xiaoxing, visited Xiecheng's production and manufacturing center, company culture corridor, and product exhibition hall. During the visit, the research team had a detailed understanding of Xiecheng's production process, technical advantages and corporate culture construction in the field of automated equipment around plastic molding, and especially highly recognized Xiecheng's achievements in product innovation and technology research and development. Xiecheng adheres to customer-centric approach and continuously promotes product upgrades to meet the growing market demand, demonstrating the company's strong technological strength and market competitiveness.

At the subsequent symposium, members of the Jiangmen Youth Cadre Research Group had in-depth exchanges with Fu Zhibo, General Manager of Xiecheng, Lu Xiaoxing, Deputy General Manager of Eucharist Manufacturing Center, and Hu Shang jin, Manager of Brand Operations Department, on the theme of "Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of Foreign Trade through the Integration of Domestic and Foreign Trade Reform". Both parties had a comprehensive discussion on the current situation of domestic and foreign trade, market expansion, product technology upgrading, enterprise management, and digital transformation of the enterprise.
