Jiangmen Municipal and District Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus Visit XIECHENG for Enterprise Support Activity

On the morning of January 29, 2026, Mr. Wu Keyong, Deputy Director of the Jiangmen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Mr. Nie Jianxiong, Director of the Xinhui District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Mr. Zeng Liwen, Deputy Mayor of Daze Town, Xinhui District, led a delegation to Guangdong XIECHENG Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct an enterprise support visit.

The delegation also included heads and representatives from the Employment Promotion and Service departments at both municipal and district levels. XIECHENG warmly welcomed the visiting officials. The discussion was attended by General Manager Mr. Fu Zhibo, Deputy General Manager of the Manufacturing Center Mr. Lu Xiaoxing, HR & Administration Manager Ms. Chen Lanying, and several outstanding employee representatives.

During the meeting, the delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations, workforce needs, and employee welfare. They also spoke with employees from different regions, showing concern for their Spring Festival arrangements and practical needs. The Jiangmen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced a series of supportive policies and holiday care programs for migrant workers and employees staying in Jiangmen, including visits, assistance programs, and festive gift packages, conveying the government’s sincere care for enterprise staff.

After the meeting, the delegation presented holiday gifts to participating employees. The warm atmosphere left a deep impression, and many employees expressed their appreciation for the government’s thoughtfulness, which further strengthened their sense of happiness and belonging in Jiangmen.
