Xiecheng Ningbo Operation & Service Center Officially Opens

To better serve customers in East China and improve market responsiveness and service quality, Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment . officially launched its Ningbo Operation & Service Center on September 27.

Grand Opening Ceremony · A New Chapter Begins

At 10:00 a.m., a grand ribbon-cutting and plaque unveiling ceremony was held, bringing together distinguished guests to celebrate the official launch of the Ningbo Operation & Service Center. This milestone marks a crucial step in Xiecheng’s strategic expansion in the Yangtze River Delta core area and further enhances its localized services and regional support network in East China.

The ceremony was filled with a lively and celebratory atmosphere as guests and company executives jointly cut the ribbon and unveiled the plaque, symbolizing the official launch of the Ningbo Operation & Service Center. Amidst applause and fluttering ribbons, this milestone moment not only marked a significant achievement but also showcased Xiecheng’s commitment to deepening its presence in the Yangtze River Delta market.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Fu Zhibo, General Manager of Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment, emphasized that the establishment of the Ningbo Operation & Service Center will significantly enhance service for the Ningbo market, support local OEMs, and empower partner distributors. He highlighted that the center is not only a crucial part of the company’s expansion strategy in the Yangtze River Delta but also a key hub for driving regional industrial upgrades. Moving forward, Xiecheng will continue to deepen its regional presence, continuously optimize its product portfolio and service system, and provide customers with more efficient automation solutions and comprehensive production support.

Following the ceremony, Mr. Xu, Head of the Ningbo Operation & Service Center, outlined the center’s operational plan and pledged that the team will maintain a pragmatic and efficient approach to ensure customers receive timely and professional service support.

Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment’s Ningbo Operation & Service Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for the plastic molding industry, offering a full range of peripheral auxiliary equipment and automation system solutions, including:

The center is staffed with a professional team of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales engineers, capable of delivering one-stop services from equipment selection and system design to operation and maintenance, ensuring stable and efficient production processes.

In addition, the Ningbo Operation & Service Center features over 200 square meters of warehouse space, with commonly used models readily available for immediate delivery, enabling customers to quickly respond to production demands.

After the ceremony, General Manager Fu Zhibo guided the guests on a tour of the product showroom and provided detailed explanations of the key products. He stated that Xiecheng will use Ningbo as a new starting point to continuously drive technological innovation and regional collaboration, building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.

Global Service Network Continues to Expand

Looking ahead, Xiecheng plans to establish Operation & Service Centers in more strategic regions, building a globally connected rapid-response system for plastic molding auxiliary equipment, aimed at delivering higher production efficiency and consistent quality assurance for customers.
