10 Years At Xiecheng | A Decade of Dedication, A New Journey Ahead

On the afternoon of September 3, 2026, XIECHENG held a simple yet warm 10-year anniversary celebration for Mai Junjie, a sales representative from the Domestic Sales Department. Marketing Director Tan Yinxiang, Domestic Sales Manager Liang Zhiqiong, and colleagues from the department gathered together to celebrate this special milestone with him.

Looking back on more than 3,000 days and nights, Mai Junjie has grown from a newcomer to the industry into a trusted and experienced member of XIECHENG’s domestic sales team. Over the past decade, he has stayed on the front line of the market, gaining experience through customer visits and strengthening his skills through every business opportunity.

He understands that behind every contract is a customer's trust, and behind every achievement is the support of the team. This steady commitment has allowed him to grow alongside XIECHENG through the challenges and opportunities of developing the domestic market.

The celebration began with the sound of two ceremonial cannon shots, instantly filling the room with surprise and excitement. Amid warm applause from his colleagues, Mai Junjie took the stage to look back on his ten-year journey—from finding his way as a new employee to becoming an experienced sales professional who can now take on greater responsibilities independently.

His words reflected his gratitude for the opportunities provided by the company, appreciation for the guidance of his leaders, and warm memories of the support he has received from his colleagues over the years. His sincere emotions touched everyone present.

Later, Director Tan and Manager Liang presented Mai Junjie with a 10-Year Anniversary Medal and flowers, recognizing his decade of dedication and contribution. The celebration concluded with a group photo, capturing the smiles of everyone present and preserving this warm and memorable moment shared by Mai Junjie and XIECHENG.
