Centralized Conveying System is a fully automated solution that enables unmanned, clean, and efficient material handling through centralized control and automated conveying. The system’s core architecture is divided into two main sections: the Central Material Room (Control & Processing Center) and the Injection Molding Workshop (Execution & Terminal Units), working together to ensure continuous, precise, and contamination-free material distribution across the entire production line.
As the heart of the system, the Central Feeding Room integrates control, storage, pre-treatment, and power systems to achieve centralized material management and intelligent distribution.

· Central Control unit:

· Central Material Storage Area:

Roots blowers provide high-pressure airflow;while pulse dust collectors efficiently filter dust, maintaining clean air and system reliability.
The Injection Molding Workshop handles material receiving, monitoring, and final feeding.

1. Single Machine–Single Pipeline Mode: Each injection machine has an independent pipeline, ensuring pure conveying and avoiding cross-contamination.
