Adaptive Intelligent Energy-saving Euro-Hopper Dryer is an upgraded model in the XIECHENG Euro-Hopper Dryer series. It integrates XIECHENG’s energy-saving intelligent control cabinet, delivering 30%–80% energy savings compared with conventional plastic dryers.
The hopper is made of high-quality stainless steel and features hot air down-blowing technology, cyclone exhaust design, and a double-layer insulated barrel to improve drying efficiency and reduce heat loss.
This plastic hopper dryer is especially suitable for use with dehumidifying dryers to dry engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PET, and other hygroscopic materials, making it ideal for injection molding and plastic processing applications.

The XIECHENG intelligent energy-saving control cabinet features an adaptive system that automatically adjusts the drying airflow once the temperature is set.
Under the same operating conditions, the system can achieve 30%–80% energy savings compared with conventional dryers, effectively reducing long-term electricity costs.
The insulated drying hopper adopts a down-blowing air pipe structure combined with a cyclone exhaust system, which helps retain heat and maintain stable temperatures.
This optimized design improves drying efficiency and ensures more stable drying performance for engineering plastics.
4.3-inch touchscreen controller, the system displays real-time operating status and includes preset recipes for common plastic materials.

The dryer uses SSD solid-state relays, providing longer service life, faster response, and stable operation.

• Over-temperature trip protection
When the drying temperature exceeds the preset deviation value, the system will automatically cut off the power supply to ensure safe operation.
The double-layer insulation design uses high-quality thick insulation materials to reduce heat loss and maintain uniform temperature distribution.
All material contact parts are made of stainless steel, preventing contamination and ensuring clean plastic processing.
A unique cleaning door structure allows quick material change and easy hopper cleaning.
The visual material window enables operators to monitor material levels conveniently.
Equipped with an RS-485 (Modbus) communication interface, the system can integrate with factory monitoring and visualization systems to support remote monitoring and smart factory management.
