On September 9, 2026, the 27th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2026) opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Covering the entire optoelectronics industry chain, CIOE 2026 brings together advanced technologies across precision optics, lasers, optical communications, smart sensing, new displays, AR&VR, and other fields.
This year, Guangdong XIECHENG Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. made its first appearance at CIOE, showcasing its High Performance Optical Type Mold Temperature Controller and Small Dehumidifying Dryer. The exhibition marks another step in XIECHENG’s expansion into precision optical manufacturing.

The rapid development of automotive optics, consumer electronics, AR/VR, and new displays is driving higher requirements for the stability and consistency of precision optical plastic components, including optical lenses, automotive lamp inner lenses, light guide plates, and optical filters.
In precision optical injection molding, temperature control directly influences surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and optical performance. More precise and stable temperature control is therefore essential for demanding optical molding applications.
At CIOE, XIECHENG focuses on two key processes—precision temperature control and material drying—to provide equipment support for optical injection molding.

A key product showcased at CIOE is the High Performance Optical Type Mold Temperature Controller.
Designed for precision optical injection molding, the system achieves control accuracy of up to ±0.2°C, with fast response, low fluctuation, and stable temperature control.

The system can automatically adjust pressure, flow rate, and heating power according to operating conditions. It also supports external temperature sensing, using the mold as the temperature monitoring point to help maintain a stable molding temperature.

For precision optical components, more accurate and stable mold temperature control can help support surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and optical performance, contributing to more consistent molding results.
XIECHENG also showcased its Small Dehumidifying Dryer at CIOE 2026.
For hygroscopic engineering plastics such as PC, PA, PBT, and PET, stable low-dew-point drying air is important for consistent material drying and precision injection molding.
XIECHENG’s dehumidifying drying systems use a honeycomb rotor dehumidification system and can achieve a dew point of below -40°C under ideal conditions. Integrated dehumidifying, drying, and conveying solutions are also available for precision molding applications.The Small Dehumidifying Dryer is designed for precision, small-batch, and space-constrained production environments, offering a flexible solution for raw material drying.
