On February 10, 2026, the XIECHENG Marketing Department convened its 2025 Year-End Summary and 2026 Work Planning Meeting in the company’s multimedia conference room. Attendees included General Manager Fu Zhibo, Marketing Director Tan Yinxing, Domestic Sales Manager Liang Zhiqiong, International Sales Manager Zhao Yanmei, Brand Operations Manager Hu Shangjin, and all members of the marketing team. The meeting comprehensively reviewed 2025 achievements and aligned the team on the roadmap ahead.



The meeting opened in a pragmatic and forward-looking atmosphere. Marketing Director Tan Yinxing presented the 2025 overall sales performance, noting steady year-on-year growth. While growth rates moderated, momentum remained positive. She emphasized seizing opportunities in system engineering projects, increasing promotion and resource allocation for energy-saving product lines, and reinforcing brand building to strengthen customer trust and improve communication efficiency. Close cross-department collaboration was highlighted as a key requirement for ensuring execution quality and efficiency in 2026.



The business-sharing session focused on practical execution and innovation, covering topics such as new customer development strategies and personal IP short-video operations. Through case-based discussions, participants shared effective approaches including multi-channel customer outreach and content-driven product communication, generating active discussion and valuable insights.



Top-performing colleagues shared insights from customer service, market analysis, and cross-border practices, along with their plans for the new year.

In the afternoon, each business unit presented its annual review and 2026 plan. Brand Operations Manager Hu Shangjin summarized brand communication and marketing initiatives, outlining plans to further optimize content strategies and channel deployment, improve lead conversion and follow-up efficiency, and strengthen long-term brand recognition.



Domestic Sales Manager Liang Zhiqiong reviewed regional market performance and stated that the team will focus on key industries and strategic customers, enhance online and offline exposure, and optimize service systems to consolidate and expand market share. Reports from the Huizhou and Ningbo Operations Centers followed, highlighting strong progress in localized operations.



International Sales Manager Zhao Yanmei and International Sales II Manager Xu Liping shared experiences in overseas market expansion. They confirmed that in 2026, the international team will strengthen online–offline coordination, enhance distributor support, advance localization efforts, and promote steady international business growth.



After the presentations, Marketing Director Tan Yinxing outlined the overall 2026 objectives and implementation roadmap, providing clear direction for the team.

In closing, General Manager Fu Zhibo delivered a summary address, recognizing the marketing team’s dedication and solid results in 2025. He reaffirmed the company’s strategic focus on digitalization, intelligent manufacturing, and green energy efficiency, supported by continuous R&D innovation, digital management upgrades, intelligent production investment, and energy-saving product development. 



He emphasized refined management, operational efficiency, and sustainable brand reputation, encouraging the team to deeply understand customer needs and product technologies to earn long-term trust through professional value.



The meeting concluded with an annual awards ceremony, recognizing outstanding teams and individuals. The enthusiastic atmosphere reflected strong morale and a shared commitment to excellence.
