Working Principle

The workingfluid (pure water orotherliquid) circulatesinside the coil of the closed coolingtower and isindirectly cooled with the radiating water. The heat of the working fluid is dispersed into the water flowing through the coil through the coil. At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the airinlet at the bottom, crosses the flow direction ofthe water, and flows in the opposite direction through the coil. Asmall part ofthewater evaporates and absorbs the heat. The hot and humid airis dischargedinto the atmosphere by the ventilator at the top of the cooling tower. The remaining water falls into the bottom water pan, is recirculated by the water pump to the water distribution system, passes through the pre-coolingfiller, and is poured back onto the coil.



FEATURE:

1. The cooling medium has a closed cycle and no impurities enter,ensuring the purity of the medium;

2. The cooling tower uses magnesium-aluminum-zinc plate materialas the base steel of the tower body, and there are coil coolers witha variety of materials to choose from;

3. The spray water completely wets the outer wall of the condenser,avoiding the formation of scale in dry spots and maximizing systemefficiency;

4. Special three-proof fan for outdoor environment, the motor adoptsa protection grade oflP55, an insulation grade of F, and axial flowfan with aluminum alloy blades;

5. Small size, can be moved and placed as needed, and has lowmaintenance costs.
