AUTO POWDER SOFTING DEVICE

This device Equipped with Xiecheng powerful granulator. During granulating process some small powder would occur, the sifter device is to separate the powder from the recycled granules and to keep them compatible with new materials, hence enhancing the quality of products and reducing production costs. Suitable for all models.

Product Details

Loading Blower

Automatic conveying--with vacuum suction principle, the granulated material will be automatically convey to a separator;

Cyclone

Automatic separation of powder--separating powder produced during the granulating from the granules by a separator;

Dust Collecting Bag & Blower

Protection and dust removing function--the powder sifter device could take away the dust on blades and inside grinding chamber, by the negative pressure suction created by sifter blower, hence reducing the workload of manual cleaning of the grinding chamber and labor. Suitable for all kinds of granulators.
