The XC-GWV Series High Efficiency Granulator is a modular, high-performance granulator developed by Xiecheng's R&D engineers over 16 years, based on the common needs of global users. This model can be applied to the crushing and recycling of most plastics, and is an ideal choice especially for films, PET mineral water bottles, profiles, pipes and sheets, as well as blow-molded and injection-molded parts. Featuring externally mounted bearings and a chamber that can be opened from both sides for easy cleaning and maintenance, it offers notable advantages such as high output, wear resistance, durability, and easy maintenance.

1. Unique scissor-type blade holder structure for higher cutting efficiency;
2. External bearing design, with bearing housing independent of the chamber, reducing the risk of bearing damage;
3. Inclined, split chamber design that opens top and bottom for easy cleaning, maintenance, and inspection;
4. Replaceable high-strength wear-resistant steel side plates inside both ends of the chamber to extend machine service life;
5. Blades made of high-strength alloy tool steel, with high hardness, good abrasion resistance, and reusable after sharpening;
6. Adopted hexagon socket screw countersunk installation, preventing screw wear from long-term use;
7. Feeding hopper with four-side double-layer design, filled with soundproofing material in between, effectively reducing noise;
8. Independent control panel, standard with automatic collecting system for automatic feeding, improving efficiency;
9. Multiple safety protection devices to ensure operational safety;
10. Multi-row blade design: Model 600-800 equipped with 3 rows of blades, Model 1100 with 5 rows, and Model 1200 with 7 rows, to adapt to crushing different materials, increase output, and achieve better crushing results.

V-Shaped Blade Holder:
The V-shaped blade holder is suitable for crushing most types of materials. Its rotating blades are firmly supported by the high-strength holder, enabling them to withstand significant impact forces. The unique V-shaped arrangement of the rotating blades, working in conjunction with the stationary blades, creates a double shear action from both ends of the rotor towards the center. This concentrates the material in the middle of the chamber, preventing accumulation on both sides, thereby reducing energy consumption, minimizing wear on the blades and chamber side walls, and effectively increasing output.
