 Features of GD series

1. The front blade of the machine is designed with an increased cutting angle, resulting in high efficiency, uniform particle size, and minimal powder production.

2. The machine is equipped with double-layer sound insulation on all four sides, providing excellent noise reduction.

3. The blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel (Cr12mov).

 Product Details

High-strength Blades

1. The main spindle holder is made of 45# steel with quenching treatment.

2. The blade material is CR12MOV with a hardness of 57-59 degrees.

3. It is installed with internal hexagon screws that have countersunk holes, preventing screw wear due to long-term use.

Soundproofing Design

The feeding hopper is designed with double-layer sound insulation on all four sides. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the space in between is filled with sound insulation material, resulting in excellent noise reduction effects.

Chamber cooling system

Machines with a power of 30HP or higher come with a standard cooling system for the casing. This system allows the timely dissipation of heat generated during the crushing process due to friction, thereby improving the efficiency and lifespan of the machine.

Electrical Components

The equipment adopts electrical components from globally renowned brand Siemens, ensuring performance stability and providing a high level of safety and reliability.

 Optional Accessories List

The standard GD crusher offers optional configurations of an automatic recycling and automatic powder screening system. This system can automatically recycle the crushed material, reducing the need for manual operation and thereby improving production efficiency. For models with 75HP or higher, the feeding hopper and screen frame are equipped with a cylinder system, which is included as standard. For other models, you have the option to add this cylinder system based on your requirements.
