Euro Drying Loader

Euro drying loader integrates plastic drying and conveying functions. The two-stage feeding function realizes the fully automatic conveying of materials from the storage box to the drying barrel and the drying barrel to the molding machine, saving manpower and avoiding pollution. It is especially suitable for plants with limited height and large injection molding machines and vertical injection molding machines.

1. The XC-EDL-U series integrates two machines for automatic feeding and drying; the XC-EDL-U-HD series integrates dehumidification, drying and feeding, and adopts heatless regeneration drying;

2. It is equipped with an LCD touch screen human-machine interface operation, real-time display of working status, and temperature control accuracy of up to ±0.1°C;

3. The Euro-insulated drying barrel adopts a down-blowing air duct design and a cyclone exhaust device to prevent heat loss, ensure temperature, and improve drying efficiency;

4. All models are equipped with a closed-loop feeding system to prevent the dried raw materials from being damp again due to contact with the outside air;

5. The feeding system is equipped with a cut-off valve to ensure that there is no residual raw material in the material pipe;

6. The raw material contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure that the raw materials are not contaminated;

7. The XC-EDL-U-HD heatless regeneration device can provide dry air with a low dew point to speed up the processing of raw materials;

8. It is equipped with a 24-hour timing function to realize automatic operation of the whole machine;

9. Equipped with communication function, it can realize automatic remote management.
