Xiecheng Achieves 20% Growth in First Half of the Year
Since the inauguration of Guangdong Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.'s Xinhui Plant in Guangdong, significant breakthroughs have been achieved this year in production, research and development, and management. As a prominent player in the rubber and plastic molding industry, Xiecheng is committed to becoming a globally recognized Chinese brand in this sector. Recently, reporters from Xinhui News in Jiangmen City visited Xiecheng's workshop to conduct an on-site tour, offering a glimpse of the remarkable growth achieved over the past six months.
Inside the machining workshop of Xiecheng, automated equipment operates efficiently. Operations such as material cutting, machining of mechanical parts, welding, surface treatment, pre-assembly, and final assembly are in full swing. Workers are putting in their utmost effort to meet production demands and fulfill orders.
"Our current order (plastic crusher, industrial chiller,mold temperature controller, dehumidifying dryer, hopper dryer, auto loader, plastic mixer, etc) situation remains relatively stable, and we are working overtime to ensure on-time delivery of orders," stated Fu Zhibo, General Manager of Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment. He further emphasized, "In terms of automation system solutions, including centralized feeding system and energy-saving water supply systems, multiple projects are currently underway simultaneously."
In terms of equipment investment, Xiecheng has introduced several new CNC machining devices this year, including a high-power 20,000-watt laser cutting machine, multiple CNC machining devices, vertical CNC machine tools, and an automated robotic welding system. The incorporation of these CNC machining devices not only significantly enhances production efficiency but also ensures stable processing progress, thereby substantially elevating product quality.
Regarding digital transformation, Xiecheng has implemented a smart campus system and a sophisticated ERP enterprise management system. Through digital dashboards, one can gain insight into the company's production status, achieving a visual representation of management processes. "Currently, our administrative and production management are both conducted through online visualized management," remarked Fu Zhibo, General Manager of Xiecheng.
With the gradual global economic recovery, Xiecheng actively expands its market reach to secure more orders. This year, the company has proactively participated in nearly 20 exhibitions, including those in Russia, Brazil, Poland, Egypt, and Vietnam, among others. By gaining a deep understanding of overseas customer demands, Xiecheng continuously intensifies efforts in new product development, driving the enterprise towards high-quality growth. Currently, Xiecheng's products are exported to 116 countries and regions worldwide.
Fu Zhibo, General Manager of Xiecheng, stated, "In the first half of the year, we participated in CHINAPLAS 2023, the largest industry exhibition in Asia. During this event, we showcased a variety of new products, including digital and intelligent solutions for rubber and plastic molding factories, which received unanimous praise from customers. Our performance in the first half of the year has increased by around 20% compared to the same period last year."
As a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial specialized and new special enterprise, Xiecheng has consistently placed a strong emphasis on technological innovation, continuous investment in research and development, and the constant advancement of products in the fields of intelligence, digitalization, low-carbon, and environmental protection. Currently, the company has more than 30 research and development personnel and is collaborating with institutions such as South China University of Technology and Wuyi University on industry-academic-research projects, accumulating over 50 authorized invention patents and utility model patents. Simultaneously, the company is in the process of applying for the "Little Giant" enterprise honor at the national level.
