Recently, the finals of the 8th Xinhui District Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition concluded successfully at the Xinhui People's Auditorium in Jiangmen on December 25th. The aim of this competition is to promote the implementation of innovative projects in the Greater Bay Area and accelerate the industrialization of local participating projects. A total of 16 enterprise projects competed on the same stage that day, and the competition was intense and exciting, fully showcasing the innovative capabilities and entrepreneurial levels of Xinhui enterprises.
The finals were divided into the innovation group and the entrepreneurship group. Major enterprises showcased the research and development achievements and advantages of their respective innovation projects. The competition process was intense with a lively atmosphere. After fierce competition, the project "Integrated Die-casting Smart Temperature Control System for New Energy Vehicles" by Guangdong Xiecheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. stood out with outstanding innovation capabilities and solid project research and development capabilities, winning the silver award in the innovation group.
This project turns the integrated die-casting mold temperature machine into an integrated system, developing a large-scale integrated intelligent centralized temperature control system. It can replace more than ten mold temperature machines in the temperature control group unit, saving space and costs, as well as energy consumption, and achieving precise temperature control. Xiecheng's independently developed die-casting smart temperature control system can achieve a wide adjustable temperature range of 20°C to 320°C, providing a stable and controllable temperature source output for mold temperature balance. At the same time, it can also extend to temperature control for the die-casting chamber, punch head, runner cone, and sprue sleeve, giving enough operating space for die-casting process engineers. The application of this project significantly reduces the procurement cost of mold temperature machines, with equipment costs saving more than 30% and installed power saving more than 70%.
Innovation is the driving force of development, and Xiecheng will continue to enhance its independent innovation capabilities, improve industry competitiveness, seize the significant opportunities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction, and contribute to Xinhui's entry into the ranks of the sci-tech innovation highlands in the western wing of the Greater Bay Area.
