Positive Pressure Conveying System

The Xiecheng Positive Pressure Conveying System is primarily designed for the conveying of granular materials. It is ideal for applications requiring large material volumes and short conveying times, offering advantages such as high conveying capacity, long-distance conveying, and contamination-free material handling. Due to the inclusion of a rotary discharge valve, this system is suitable only for granular materials, as other types of materials may cause the valve to jam.

1. Positive pressure air conveying, enabling long-distance and high vertical conveying with large capacity, while ensuring no pollution of raw materials;

2. Supports single-point to multi-point or multi-point to multi-point material distribution;

3. Stainless steel collection hopper to prevent material pollution;

4. Optional integration with automatic unpacking robots and container bag discharge stations for fully automated material handling.
