The Xiecheng GE energy-efficient dryer is mainly used for drying most non-hygroscopic plastic raw materials, such as PP, PS, ABS, etc. The maximum drying temperature can reach 160°C. The double-layer insulated feature can also be selected, which can make the material barrel temperature more uniform and reduce heat loss, making it more energy-saving. It can also be equipped with a Hot Air Recycling System, magnetic bars and other accessories, and can be installed on the ground with a stand.

 FEATURE:

1. Adopted the downward blowing structure design to reduce the temperature difference between the incoming air and the electric heating, ensuring the stability of the incoming air temperature;

2. The heating chamber adopts a double-layer insulation structure design, which reduces power consumption and avoids the temperature around the machine being too high. The unique hot air diffusion structure design enables the high-temperature air to uniformly heat the raw materials in the barrel, reducing air flow resistance and uneven heating, thereby achieving more efficient drying;

3. Compared with ordinary dryers, it can save 30%-40% energy under the same working conditions, and the drying effect is significantly improved;

4. The maximum drying temperature can reach 160°C;

5. It has over-temperature trip function. When the drying temperature exceeds the set temperature deviation value, the power supply will be automatically cut off;

6. The material barrel and hopper are designed separately and equipped with a cleaning door, which is convenient for cleaning;

7. The industry-leading LCD microcomputer controller has a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C;

8. The parts in contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel to ensure that the raw materials are not polluted;

9. Equipped with a 24-hour timer for one week to achieve automatic operation of the whole machine by appointment;

10. Equipped with RS485 communication interface to achieve automated remote management.
